Writting this review on behalf of my friend, last Saturday he and his family had gone for the dinner at Garuda booking it through last hour deal at a total price of Rs.972 for 3 adults and 2 kids it was awesome!!!

Seeing the deal price myself went with the whole family couple of weeks before on saturday evening around 8pm. I should say this particular place spoiled my evening mood. The service is pathetic. The food is not like a buffet dinner. If we ask, they will bring. Not like all the dishes are kept on the buffet table. The service is pathetic. The desert table was very very miserable with very few cut fruits, gulab jamun and some sort or pudding. When we asked only this much is there, the crew went and got some more items from the kitchen which were not placed on the dessert table. We were a group of 5 person and the dessert served is just for 3 persons. Also when asked again they got us smoking brownie, which was miserable, again they brought for two persons and when asked to bring for all, they went inside and after waiting for 20 minutes, when enquired again they say they dont have brownie and after 10 minutes they brought another three more in which couple of them didn't have chocolate sauce. Not at all eligible to say that this is a Five Star Hotel. Considering the service we can't even give a sinigle star. While we were about to leave, i could see the people at the adjacent table asking the crew to bring all that is included in the buffet instead of hiding it inside. I think it is better for lasthourdeal to remove such hotels from the site.
